Combine, harvesting the Barley

I've heard them, I have seen the results, but today was the first time I have seen a Combine Harvester in action, this year. Just driving through Kilham and noticed it processing the Barley crop. It reminded me that the summer is slowly drawing to a close and we could really do with a good spell of sunny weather. This farmer was taking advantage of the sunshine today and with a large header on the combine, was making easy work of it.
