Garton Church

St. Michael and All Angels Parish Church, Garton-on-the-Wolds

Still suffering with a bad cold, rightly or wrongly I decided to go out with my camera. I made for the magnificent Parish Church at Garton-on-the-Wolds to take some interior shots of the painted walls and ceiling. As I arrived at the Church the sun was beginning to set across the west door, which has an original Norman arch. In pots outside, blooming in the December weather, were geraniums. I liked this scene and photographed it before venturing inside.
